Our focus is on facilitating placements for highly educated professionals, managers, directors, and executive team members. The base salary for candidates we work with typically ranges from €70,000 to €250,000 (excluding potential bonuses).
New Skills specializes in the following functional disciplines: HR, Marketing & Sales, Communication, E-commerce, and Finance. With in-depth expertise, a dedicated focus, persistence, and a results-driven approach, New Skills delivers greater value and higher quality while ensuring swift and effective collaboration with both clients and candidates.

As an intermediary between your organization and interim candidates, New Skills ensures a swift solution and an ideal match for your temporary vacancies. Within just a few days, we identify and thoroughly screen interim candidates to meet the requirements of your temporary assignment.
Interim candidates work on an agreed daily or hourly rate. New Skills coordinates the rate range with both the client and the interim candidates. Once the interim contract is finalized and administrative processes are completed, the selected interim professional can start on short notice.
